The fish are biting here at Badwell Ash Holiday Lodges

It has been a busy couple of weeks' fishing since we reopened on July 6th. Carp to 18lbs have been caught, with reports of one lost at the net that was over 20lbs. Anglers have landed good Tench and Bream to 3 ½lbs. And our splendidly conditioned Rudd are waiting for you too! The hot baits have been sweetcorn, luncheon meat, bread for the rudd, and pellets for the carp. Fish have been caught on the float as they cruise around the margins, and also on the bottom out in the middle which is 20 feet deep in places. Tight lines!
