Temporary Amendment Terms and Conditions

In light of the Government’s announcements regarding increased measures to tackle the spread of Coronavirus, we have implemented these Temporary Amendment Terms and Conditions regarding the transfer and amendment of guests’ bookings with us. These are set out below.

Given the rapidly changing developments and advice from the Government in response to this outbreak, we are closely monitoring the situation and the relevant advice and accordingly these Terms and Conditions may be subject to change at any time without notice.

These Amendment Terms relate to existing bookings that were due to arrive before 4th June 2020

If you have an existing booking with us that was due to arrive before 4th June 2020 you may change the date of your booking free of charge to a later arrival date, subject to availability and cost. If the cost of the new holiday is more than the original booking cost, any increase will be charged. If you subsequently wish to cancel your transferred booking then our Standard Terms and Conditions will apply. To request to change the dates of your booking please email us at info@badwellashlodges.co.uk.

If you wish to cancel your original booking which was due to arrive before 4th June 2020 our Standard Terms and Conditions apply. Your contract does not allow for any refunds and we recommend you refer to your individual travel insurance provider for clarification as to whether your claim will qualify under the terms of your policy.

Existing bookings due to arrive on or after 5th June 2020

You can keep your original booking in place; the situation is changing rapidly every day and we suggest waiting to see how the situation unfolds. If you have any concerns, however, please contact us by email in the first instance at info@badwellashlodges.co.uk. These Amendment Terms will be reviewed constantly and may be altered and/or extended in line with Government advice.

If you wish to cancel your original booking which was due to arrive on or after 5th June 2020 rather than wait and see, our Standard Terms and Conditions apply. Your contract does not allow for any refunds and we recommend you refer to your individual travel insurance provider for clarification as to whether your claim will qualify under the terms of your policy.
